Hello guys, as per title Haven't logged in my employee stock plan in etrade for a couple of months, if i try now, immediately after i enter user/password, it asks me for a mobile number I punch in my number but it says it's not supported. I went to the security settings and added a new authenticator

I put my number in and it displays this screen I’m 18 so my dad still pays for my phone number but it’s the only number i have. Decided that increasing security on my e trade account was a good idea, and e trade suggested symantec’s vip access, so i downloaded to my iphone I opened it and it showed an id and a code that changed every 30 seconds
I checked the 2 factor box at e*trade, inserted that id and the code and i was set
Nowhere was i prompted to register on the app Also added the app to my ipad, and it got. All told, there is no need to get out if you don't have a smartphone.
