Gige home broadband was down for 24 hours earlier this week, and now it’s been down for 18 hours Technicians have been to the house regularly and cannot resolve it so, 42 hours of downtown in 4 days, and i still can’t get someone live from att customer sup.

A contract says you agree to pay for service for a given period of time (typically 2 years in the phone context) You leave before then or cancel there is a penalty cost to pay. Sometimes every 10 minutes it would happen and then sometimes not for a few hours then it would go out for an hour or so
